Titas was born on 29th September 2004 in Chinsura, West Bengal, India. Her father’s name is Ranadeep Sadhu, an athlete who currently runs a cricket academy in Hoogly, and her mother’s name is Bhramar Mallik, she runs the family business. Titas’ grandmother is Mita Mallick.
Titas’ first intersection with cricket was as a kid, she helped her father with scorekeeping at their family-owned ancestral cricket club.

At the age of 13, she applied for State trials but was rejected. In 2020, she was selected for the senior Bengal team. She made her debut at the age of 16, becoming the team’s youngest member. She could not perform well in two matches and was dropped from the team.
She was selected for the ICC Under-19 Indian Women’s team that won the T20 World Cup in South Africa in 2023. In the tournament, she became Bengal’s highest wicket-taker by taking seven wickets in 5 matches.
In 2023, she was bought by the Delhi Capitals for the inaugural Women’s Premier League at the price of ₹25 lakhs.
