MLA Jignesh Mevani Biography & Careers

Jignesh was born December 11^th in the year 1980. He started his career as a journalist then Jignesh had done LLB. Then had started his journey as a activities and then joined politics. In the 2017 jignesh decided to fight in election with his own party and later he joined Congress Party.

Arrested by Assam Police

Recently, Gujrat’s MLA JigneshMevani was arrested by Assam Police and the news has spread all over India, as Jignesh is a renowned activist in Gujrat. The news came out that Jignesh was arrested in the middle of the night from circuit house, Palampur, Gujrat and he was taken to Ahmedabad and then Assam.

The reason of this arrest came out to be as follows, Jignesh Mevani posted a tweet about the riot in Gujrat in the occasion of Ram Navami and this tweet was totally against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his party BJP as Jignesh was angry at Prime Minister Modi as he did not take any steps regarding the riot that took place in the occasion of Ram Navami. This incident is now one of the most controversial incidents in Gujrat as a famous MLA, like Jignesh was allowed to cross the border in the middle of night and the Gujrat Government did not do anything, also they did not make any statement.

Many analysts told that in Gujrat there are few people who can compete with the ruling party and Jignesh Mevani belongs among those few people so it could be a trap during this election time.
