Fawad Afzal Khan is a Pakistani actor, producer, screenwriter, model, and singer. Khan began his acting career on the television sitcom, Jutt, and Bond. Khan is one of the highest-paid actors in the Pakistani film industry.
Fawad Khan Early Life
Fawad Afzal Khan was born on 29th November 1981 in Karachi, Pakistan. His father was born in Patiala, British India whereas his mother’s family was a native of Lucknow, British India, and moved to present-day Pakistan after the 1947 partition of British India. He belongs to a Pashtun family.
Fawad has two sisters; his older sister, Aliya, is an architect and his younger sister, Sana, is a physician.

In 2000, Fawad formed a rock band, Entity Paradigm. In 2002, the band appeared in the finale of Pepsi Battle of the Bands. In 2003, he released his debut album, Irtiqa. In 2012, he left the band in order to focus on his acting career.
Acting Career
In 2001, Fawad made his acting debut with the television show Jutt and Bond where he played the role of a spy named Bond.
In 2007, he made his film debut with Khuda Kay Liye. Later in 2017, he played the role in Anjum Shahzad’s travel adventure TV series Satrangi.
In 2010, he played a conservative, middle-class boy in the telefilm Aaj Kuch Na Kaho. In 2011, he was cast in the comedy Akbari Asghari, a modern adaptation of Mirat-ul-Uroos. In 2013, he was seen in his last TV serial Ahson Talish’s sociodrama, Numm.
In 2014, he made his Bollywood debut in Shashanka Ghosh’s comedy-drama, Khoobsurat, with Sonam Kapoor.
In 2016, he played the main role in Shakun Batra’s family drama, Kapoor & Sons. Later in 2016, he appeared in a small role with Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in Karan Johar’s romantic drama, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.
In 2022, he appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Ms. Marvel as Hassan, Kamala Khan / Ms. Marvel’s great-grandfather. Later in 2022, Khan appeared in Bilal Lashari’s Action-drama film The Legend of Maula Jatt, alongside Mahira Khan.

After a seven-year courtship, Fawad married Sadaf Khan in 2005. They have three children- Ayaan Khan, Bia Fawad Khan, and Elayna Fawad Khan.
Fawad Khan Education
Fawad attended an American school. He completed his bachelor’s degree in software engineering from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (NUCES), Lahore.

When Fawad was 17 years old, he got diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes due to an accident due to which damaged his pancreas’ were damaged.
