She was born on 9th September 1984 in New Delhi, Delhi to Rana Kapoor, the MD, and CEO of Yes Bank, and Bindhu Kapoor. She has two sisters, Roshni Kapoor and Rakhee Kapoor. On 26th January 2017, she got married to Delhi-based businessman Aditya Khanna. He is a financial investor and Hedge-fund manager.

After coming back from America, Radha did not want to join his father’s business. She was interested in the creative field. So, she decided to start her own venture.
In 2009, she founded a holding company called Do It Creation. She is also the founder of DoIT Sports Management (India) Pvt Ltd which owns different sports teams like Dabang Delhi Kabaddi Club, Mumbai Hockey Club, and the Dabang Delhi Table Tennis Club. She has also founded the WPP School of Communication, India’s first professional three-year undergraduate program based on a work-study model. She is the founder and Executive director of the Indian School of Design and Innovation (ISD Mumbai).
