Lee Da-in was born on 5th November 1992 in Seoul, South Korea to a family of actors. She is the daughter of Korean actress and singer Kyeon Mi Ri. In 1998, Lee’s mother got married for the second time to Lee Hong-heon. Lee has an elder sister named Lee Yu-bi, a Korean actress.
Lee changed her real name from Lee Joo-hee to Lee Ra-Yoon before marriage.
Lee is a descendant of the Hwanggan Kyeon Clan through her mother, making her a descendant of Gyeon Hwon, the first king of the Hubaekje Kingdom during the later Three Kingdoms of Korea. Her MBTI is ESTJ.

Lee Da-in is a South Korean actress who has appeared in various films and television series. In 2014, she made a cameo appearance in the film “The Fatal Encounter” as Soo-ryun. Two years later, in 2016, she played the role of Han Je-in in the movie “Life Risking Romance”.
She also appeared in several television dramas, including “Twenty Years Old” in 2014 as Kim Hye-rim, and “Make a Woman Cry” in 2015 as Park Hyo-Jeong. In 2016, she had a brief cameo appearance in the TV series “Entourage” and played the role of Kim Soo-yeon in the drama “Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth” from 2016 to 2017.
She gained recognition for her role as Choi Seo-hyun in the drama “My Golden Life” from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, she played the character of Lee Yeon-ji in “Come and Hug Me”. Lee Da-in has also appeared in KBS Drama Special titled “The Time Left Between Us” as Yoo Seung-Yeon.
In 2019, she played the role of Lee Jae-in in “Doctor Prisoner” and in 2020, she portrayed Kim Do-yeon in “Alice”. Her upcoming project includes the drama “Lovers” where she will play the role of Kyung Eun-ae, which is set to release in 2023.
