She became interested in the glamour world at a very young age. After completing her studies at the age of 16, she went to acting courses. Expósito won Best Actress at the Madrid Theater Awards in 2013 and 2015.
She made her first television appearance as Rosa Martín in an episode of the docu-drama Centro Médico in 2016. The drama follows the story of Miguel (Alfonso Dosal) and his accomplice Lilí (Ester Expósito), who are joined by a group of bandits trying to retrieve treasure from the underwater tomb of a sunken Spanish galleon in the Gulf of Mexico during the War for Independence.
