Ashleigh Gardner is an Australian cricketer who currently plays for the national women’s team. In 2015, Ashleigh made her WNCL debut for New South Wales in the 2015–16 season.

Ashleigh was born on 15th April 1997 in Kogarah, New South Wales, Australia to Jim Gardner and Katherine Goodwin. She has a brother Aaron Gardner.
Ashleigh Gardner Career
In 2015, Ashleigh made her WNCL debut for New South Wales in the 2015–16 season. In the same year, she joined the Sydney Sixers for the inaugural WBBL season.
On 17th February 2017, she made her Women’s Twenty20 International (WT20I) debut against New Zealand. On 2nd March 2017, she made her Women’s One Day International (WODI) against New Zealand.
In June 2017, she became the first Indigenous Australian woman to appear in a cricket World Cup, playing against the West Indies in the 2017 Women’s Cricket World Cup.
On 18th July 2019, she made her Test debut in the 2019 Women’s Ashes.
In 2022, she was selected for the 2022 Commonwealth Games. She made a strong start to the Commonwealth Games, scoring 52 not out of 35 balls against India.
In February 2023, she was bought by Gujarat Giants for ₹3.2 crores, in the inaugural WPL auction.
