Lexa was born on 22nd February 1995 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Her mother’s name is Darlin Ferrattry, who is a music producer, and her father’s name is unavailable.
At a very young age, Lexa joined the Brazilian carnival because her mother had a lot of roles inside Samba schools, which influenced her a lot to start her professional career.
When she was 11 years old, she learned to play the tambourine, and later, she started her artistic career. She was the muse of Mocidade drums, a Samba School, also the queen of Unidos de Bangu, and now she is the queen of Unidos da Tijuca.

In December 2014, she released her first single, Posso Ser. The song featured on Brazil’s Hot 100 Airplay Top 30 singles. In 2015, she released another single, Parra de Marra whose music video was released the following month.
On 18th September 2015, she released her debut album Disponível under the Som Livre label. The album had thirteen tracks and includes compositions from Naldo Benny, Umberto Tavares, Batutinha, and the artist herself. On 12th December 2015, she began the Disponível Tour with a debut show in Rio de Janeiro.
In 2016, she joined the Mallupy Entertainment Group, owned by Netto Maluppy and Thiago Basso.
On 16th March 2023, she will represent the Samba School at the 2024 Carnival as the Queen of Drums of Unidos da Tijuca.
