Halle Bailey is an American singer-songwriter and actress. She rose to fame with her sister Chlöe Bailey as part of the musical duo Chloe x Halle. They released the albums The Kids Are Alright (2018) and Ungodly Hour (2020) and together earned five Grammy nominations.

As an actress, Bailey had a supporting role in the television series Grown-ish (2018–2022). In 2023, she played her first lead role as Ariel in Disney’s musical fantasy film The Little Mermaid.
